Frequently Asked Questions

+ Who pays for the training of standby workers?

We do. And we train our flexible employees until they can do what needs doing.

+ How soon do you provide replacement workers in the event of absences?

In principle, immediately. We have built a reliable network of standby workers across Germany, which we can fall back on in the event of an emergency. If an unforeseen incident happens on the way to work, we guarantee a replacement within a maximum of 4 hours.

+ What do you do when personnel are absent overnight?

Our on-call service is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Our teams have been briefed to call us the evening before at the first signs of an illness and we can respond appropriately in a timely manner.

+ Do you apply a wage agreement?

For temporary workers, we base our rates on those of the Federal Association of Temporary Personnel Services (BZA) and the DGB Wage Committee. However, we almost always pay above those rates. The agreement only forms the basis, which we do not go below.

+ Do you have a minimum wage?

In our opinion, people must be able to live off their work. Accordingly, we pay decent salaries, which are always well above the minimum standards of our industry. We feel that this is fair and ensures long-term loyalty on both sides.

+ How do you document your ethical conduct?

Since our company was founded, we have committed to using and maintaining binding ethics guidelines, as outlined in the ILO Conventions and the Global Compact. We consider this part of our social responsibility.

+ What does your approach to environmental protection consist of?

Most workplaces now operate on a nearly paperless basis. We actively encourage this development and draw our employees’ attention to how they can conserve resources. We also contribute to the use of public transportation when we take over transportation costs. We only purchase vehicles with the best CO2 values and we support recycling of all our daily office materials.

+ How is your remuneration system set up?

We work with the principle of the same pay for the same work. This means that our new hires earn just as much as our old hands when they perform as well. We think that’s right.

+ What cities is RECEPTION PLUS in?

Generally, you can book our services in all the large economic regions of Germany.

+ Do you have standard clothing for your reception team?

Yes. In most high-profile companies, the client requests standardized clothing. We provide it to our employees at no cost.

+ What professional experience do your employees have?

Most come from the commercial field or the hotel sector. For temporary work arrangements, we also employ highly specialized workers from other fields.

+ How do you ensure that your quality standards are put into practice?

We write individual, continuously updated instructions for all our receptions, which include a description of the workplace, emergency plan, etc. Furthermore, we employ personnel advisers who are entrusted with quality management. The monitoring is carried out by phone and in person.

+ We would like to optimize our postage expenses. Do you have any ideas on this subject?

Yes. We regularly attend special fairs and maintain our top-level network. This allows us to be sure that we are always on the cutting edge for our clients. We analyze the shipment volumes, recommend the right solution for your needs, and provide contact with a supplier.

+ We want to jazz up our lobby. Can you help us with that?
