+ FAQ for employees
+ Who pays for the training of jumpers?
The costs for jumper training are included in the calculated monthly flat rate. We therefore cover this for up to 3 days. If tasks are to be undertaken that exceed this scope, we will charge for the additional work involved.
+ Within what time do you provide replacements in the event of a breakdown?
In principle, immediately. We have built up a reliable network of stand-ins throughout Germany that we can fall back on in an emergency. If something unforeseen happens on the way to work, we are able to fill the position within 4-6 hours on average.
+ What do you do if staff are absent overnight?
We are on call from 6 am to 10 pm. Our teams are instructed to call us the evening before at the first signs of illness so that we can respond in good time.
+ Do you apply a collective agreement?
In the area of temporary employment, we apply the GVP pay scale. We pay our employees above the collective agreement almost across the board. This means that the collective agreement only forms the basis, which is not undercut.

We guarantee our customers and our employees that we pay our employees above the minimum wage.

We also contribute to the use of public transport by covering travel costs, only purchase vehicles with the best CO2 values and support the recycling of all products from everyday office life.
