\nNo in the case of outsourcing, our core business. You have a permanent job in a permanent team for years. We only offer changes or transfers at special request, e.g. if you want to develop further. <\/p>\n

Yes:
\nWe are in possession of an unlimited temporary employment contract. Some customers want this contractual relationship because budgeting is based on headcounts. Due to the current legal situation, we are allowed to assign the same employee to the same project for a maximum of 18 months. A permanent position in the client company is always possible, but not guaranteed. <\/p>\n
